What do think about starting a grassroots campaign to make a law that banishes convicted gang members?

Banishment is democratic; it would cover citizens and non citizens who are convicted felons with gang affiliations. Would that help or hinder your neighborhood?What do think about starting a grassroots campaign to make a law that banishes convicted gang members?
Tell me where to sign up! This is a great idea, but there are so many of them, how would you track them all. The neighborhood I live in is not affected either way, but where i work is a different story. We have our company trucks painted in gang signs weekly. There are bullet holes in the garage doors! These people need to be treated kind of like a sexual offender. People in their neighborhoods should be notified when they move in. What do think about starting a grassroots campaign to make a law that banishes convicted gang members?
Any law that denied US citizens the right to reside in the US would be struck down as being unconstitutional. I agree, however, the alien residents convicted of crimes (including membership in a criminal organization) should be deported. I also think that citizenship should be probationary, and anyone convicted of a felony withing ten years of getting citizenship should be deported with no right of appeal.
Perhaps, but I would need a lot of questions answered. For example, are you talking about juveniles? If so, what is the cut-off age? Are they eternally banished? If they are not involved in a violent crime but in a gang are they still banished? Why not include any violent criminal? Also, where would you banish them? Who would take them?
Many Gang members started up a lot more in the Republican Reagan Years with the advent of ';Latch Key '; children who had both parents at work all day long.


The Military would be a much better option for gang members . Might as well be in the Right Gang - With the right discipline and right motives .
Were it not for Gun Controls, this would NEVER had been a problem!

Work on getting the Constitution Restored! Vote for Politicians that will do just that! Hold your elected officials responsible keeping their Oath of Office - the one to Protect, Defend, and Uphold the Constitution! Get them out of office when they violate their Oath!

from where to where? Do you suppose there is a country somewhere that would accept our criminals? Or have you been watching escape from New York? There are have been penal colonies in the past, such as Devil's Island and Bottany Bay, but I don't know of any that are currently available.
