He never promised universal healthcare. What he promised was to make health insurance more affordable.
Didn't vote for Obama, don't like his liberal agenda. However to be fair, EVERY President has made promises they couldn't keep. I mean what are they suppose to say?





Vote for me. To be honest, the President has very little power or influence over the economy, jobs, the free market. It's mostly being President at the right or wrong times during economic cycles. But I will promise to stay out of the way. I could tell you I will pull out of the war we are in. But honestly, if we do, there will be another bloodbath. Not to mention you will get very upset when our enemies control the oil, and you pay $10.00 gallon at the pump. Government health care


sounds great. But once you understand to qualify, you will be required to undergo drug and alcoholic testing, stop smoking, only able to eat what we tell you, and you better get that 20 pounds of fat off, or you ain't gonna be covered. Still want it?





Would you vote for the person?
Can you name a single president who delivered on every promise? Can you name one who delivered on half?..a quarter?, a tenth?,,,any?


Politicians have to make big promises to get elected. Everyone knows this and if you don't you're a fool.


Once they begin finding out the problems they face to get there they almost always have to back peddle so to even suggest Obama is alone in back peddling is ludicrous at best.


Hell, Bushco I promised us those 1000 points of light. Where? On the Whitehouse Xmess tree? Big deal.


He also told us of a kinder, gentler nation.. Yeah, who bombs everything in sight.. His little snot nosed kid promised even more and never delivered on any of his promises so cut the crap. You simply don't like Democrats so you make him out to be the biggest liar of all time when he isn't even close...not by a long shot.
I know canada's health care is slower and not as good but I knew someone in america who didn''t have health insurance and died of cancer who wouldn't of minded sitting in a waiting room a little longer if it meant she didn't have to die
If it's affordable, then it's universal because everyone can and should be able to afford it.
Yes it is....and 60 million americans were conned by his ';promises';.
Why are you against Americans having affordable health care?
