They traditionally are donated to the DNC or to the candidate of his choice. He can keep them if he declares it as income on his tax return. If you are serious about the answer to this question, I suggest you look at what John Kerry did last time, since he had money left over.





But I suspect strongly that you are just trying to suggest that Obama would bribe his way into the nomination.
They remain the property of the campaign, which can then be donated to other campaigns.
