They traditionally are donated to the DNC or to the candidate of his choice. He can keep them if he declares it as income on his tax return. That is just not done by a politician who is not retiring because of the bad press.What happens to the funds Obama campaign has raised should he be knocked out / drop out?
He has already given money to super delegates over $700,000. Yes, he could give it all to them. You might not read this since you don't accept email I couldn't send it to you.

If you are serious about the answer to this question, I suggest you look at what John Kerry did last time, since he had money left over.





But I suspect strongly that you are just trying to suggest that Obama would bribe his way into the nomination.
They remain the property of the campaign, which can then be donated to other campaigns.
the donate it to the DNC or candidates or the keep it but Americans would hate you.
If he chooses he can keep it.
