What presidents lied during the campaign trail to become president?

To further elaborate: what presidents said one thing but did another once elected? And what did they lie about?What presidents lied during the campaign trail to become president?
Right now I can only think of two, but of course there are many more, if not all.

One: Bush 41: ';Read my lips, I will NOT raise taxes.';

Two: Bush 43: ';This country should not be in the business of nation building and under my watch we won't be.';What presidents lied during the campaign trail to become president?
That Susie person doesn't seem to understand that the age of consent is typically 16 and that at a time when it was common to leave school and work at 16 Americans used to marry at younger ages than they do today.

But to give some real examples, Bush Sr. promised not to raise taxes during the campaign and then did, and Bush Jr. promised during the debates to enact limits on CO2 emissions and then reneged on his promised.
I think they all lie... No one should ever base their voting decisions off of what they see on the news or TV... we do have freedom of speech you know?!! Therefore you have to look at past voting records of each candidate in reference to what they have said, an intelligent person once said ';the best way to predict the future is to look at the past';
How old was Ann Dunham when Barack Obama Sr., an already married 24-year-old, impregnated her?

Barack Obama Jr. tells us that he weighed eight pounds, two ounces when he was born on August 4, 1961 (p. 22 of Dreams from My Father), so we can assume he went close to full term, or nine months.

His parents' bigamous marriage is said to have taken place six months before his birth on 2/2/1961, when she'd be about starting to show.

Nine months before Obama's birth would be early November 1960, about three to four weeks before Ann Dunham's 18th birthday on November 29, 1960.

So, Barack Sr., a married man of about 24 (he was born in 1936), almost certainly impregnated a 17-year-old girl.
All of them lie to get elected. Most of them lie about how good you're

going to have it if they're elected. Usually they tell you taxes will be cut or something to that effect. George Bush Sr. used to say, ';Read my lips, no new taxes if I'm elected';. The moment he was elected he raised the taxes sky high.

The wisest statement ever made was, '; there is no such thing as an honest politician';.
Well This wasnt in the campaign, but my all time favorite is this one from Mr Clinton. '; I Did not have sexual relations with that woman.'; all said with the pointing finger and the death ray look in his eyes. hahahaha. and the whole time he knew he was banging that woman in the oval office and having her shove cigars into her fun area.
Each and every one of them. The recents that stick out are George Sr. With his ';Read my lips'; rhetoric, and then of course Clinton who said he wouldn't raise taxes and then pulled a ';My bad'; once elected. Obama's entire campaign was based on bullshit.
All of them...

That's why I don't believe you can be a politician and a true christian, since it anathema for a politicians to ';let his yes be yes and his no be no';
The cynical reply is ';nearly everyone that moved their lips.'; No one president can truly please every individual in this country and yet they all say that they are looking out for MY best interests. How is that possible?

Blessings
The only Presidents who lied were the ones who were moving their lips. . . .
Everyone of them has, and so have their oponents so whats yoru arguement that Obama is a liar? Sorry not going to work. You fail.
All of them at one point or another . Maybe except Washington because he did not have to campaign for the job .
All of them since Washington, who didn't particularly want it.
Every darn one of them are liars. Can't be a politician and not lie.
All of them but Washington.
president bush and weapons of mass destruction .....nough said....
All of them. Honest Abe said he wouldn't interfere with the South if they seceded.
A President is our commander and chief , not our economic answer, thereful they all lie
I would go with most if not all in the last century
All of them.
all 44.
