How would I start a campaign for change?

I want to start a campaign to change the way the people treat the press after watching a documentary or the paparazzi I don't think anyone learnt anything from Princess Diana's death. She was killed by being chased by paparazzi like so celebrities are now and if no one does anything another innocent life will be lost. My question is how do I start a campaign to change this?How would I start a campaign for change?
erm, how about starting with the slogan to somethin like


'FROM NOW ONWARD WE WILL ONLY COME WHEN YOU CALL US' to be sent out to all celebs from the paparazzi. if they dont get a phone call, they can perhaps sell copies of the big issue or take pics of childrens birthday parties, or even be part time clowns, to make ends meet.





diana werent killed by paparazzi either. i think even she knew that.





how boring would papers be if we didnt get to see unflattering shots of celebs? also, i dont feel so ugly when i see that A list stars, without make up and airbrushing, arent all that hot, but are simply human and they have flaws as well. isnt that a kind of public service, that?





any star should know that part of getting to be beautiful and rich and loved and special and the rest has its price tag, and thats lack of privacy when they are out in public. you cant want fans only when it suits you, and i dont recall any instances where the press was directly responsible for killing a celeb, can you? so what are you on about?How would I start a campaign for change?
make a ';platform'; of your ideas


gather a group of people in your town/ city


hold a meeting in the town or city hall to get some ideas generated


pass out flyers at a super market or pharmacy


go to local government representatives to learn about passing limitation bills
