What do you think about putting campaign signs on train crossing signals?

I saw some political campaign signs the other day on the train crossing arm someone tied them onto the arm. So when the arm is down you can read the signs and see the picture of the candidate.What do you think about putting campaign signs on train crossing signals?
I think it's illegal and dangerous. The person putting them there could be in trouble, especially if there is an accident.What do you think about putting campaign signs on train crossing signals?
Horrible idea. Sticking anything to a rail crossing arm will make it less visible (they are reflective) and could be distracting to drivers who should be paying attention to the 80 billion tons of steel going past them.
Is the picture of them degrading? If not who cares! Ignore them and enjoy the train as it goes by.
Not only can you be arrested for doing this it is very dangerous and stupid as well....
