I always see that people/celebrities donate money to campaigns or to a certain cause but what is that money actually used for?What do political candidates use campaign donations for?
Everything you can imagine a campaign doing, really. They hire staff, pay rent on office, transportation, market research and polling, advertising, signs, bumper stickers, pizza for volunteers - if a campaign does it, it probably takes money to do.
